These tasty little Cheddar biscuits are quick to mix and easy to bake in muffin cups. Brush the hot biscuits with melted butter, with or without garlic flavor.
I gave these a try...I would suggest adding about a 1/4 cup of milk. I found the biscuits too dry. As for baking them in the muffin tin, I suggest using one that has a non stick lining. I had a difficult time getting them out, despite the amount of butter in the biscuit and greasing the pan.
